Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated strong interest in financial markets, economic analysis, accounting standards, or tax policy.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in research methodologies, data gathering, and information synthesis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present complex information clearly.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv Eikon) or statistical software (e.g., R, Stata, Python for data analysis) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A strong desire to learn and contribute to a professional research environment.
- Open to candidates with OPT/CPT, where applicable.
